The role requires a Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent advanced diploma), at least 3 years in fast-paced venues, strong communication, and a commitment to long-term teamwork while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Must have Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent advanced diploma.
• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume venues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus, estimate costs, and order supplies.
• Supervise cooks and kitchen staff and provide training.
• Prepare and cook food ensuring quality and presentation.
• Enforce hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
• Be available to work weekends and flexible shifts.
• Commit long-term with no short-term or travel positions.
