Job summary

Hallmark Hospitality is seeking experienced Qualified Chefs to join the growing Kitchen team. You’ll work alongside our Head Chef to deliver high-quality food and uphold strong kitchen standards, while providing a consistently great experience for our guests.

This full-time role offers a chance to be part of an established, energetic team and contribute to the launch of a brand-new venue.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chef with relevant trade qualifications.
• Experience in busy, high-volume kitchens.
• Strong cooking skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for quality food and consistent standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organised team player.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Work across all sections of the kitchen as required.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Assist with food preparation and service during busy periods.
• Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and general kitchen organisation.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work environment.
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements are followed.
• Assist with functions, events and special menus when required.
