Tridon Australia is seeking a dynamic Account Manager based in Brisbane to manage and grow our premium portfolio of tool brands and automotive parts. The role focuses on field-based territory management across Queensland, driving revenue and maintaining strong relationships with trade and retail accounts.

You will conduct site visits, demonstrate products, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring excellent customer service and CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field sales, territory management, or account management.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to close deals and build relationships.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain mechanical tools and automotive components.
• Excellent time management to plan travel routes and balance admin tasks.
• Valid Australian Driver's License is mandatory for this field-based role.

Responsabilités

• Nurture partnerships with automotive resellers, retail stores, and industrial distributors across Brisbane and regional areas.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure product placement, stock levels, and brand visibility.
• Resolve client queries promptly to maintain Tridon's reputation for customer service.
• Identify growth opportunities within Queensland to expand premium tool and automotive brands.
• Execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Present product demonstrations to showcase technical superiority of Tridon's ranges.
• Monitor competitor activity and report on market trends in the local Queensland sector.
• Gather customer feedback to assist product development and marketing teams.
• Maintain CRM accuracy by logging customer interactions, pipeline updates, and visit reports daily.
