Techforce Personnel seeks experienced production mining operators to safely operate heavy mobile plant at a coal mining site in Queensland. You will support daily production, work with a team, and maintain equipment and safety standards.

The role offers permanent, full-time employment with a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, DIDO/BIBO options from Mackay or Townsville, and opportunities for salary sacrifice flights for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' production mining experience at an operating mine site.
• Experience operating heavy mobile plant in a production environment.
• Experience across multiple machine types with competencies and training records.
• Current Standard 11 (S11) certification.
• Current Coal Board Medical.
• Current driver's license.
• Clean National Police Check within the last 6 months.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a production crew.

We're looking for skilled production mining operators who can confidently operate heavy mobile plant in an active mining environment. If you have solid mine-site experience, a strong safety record and the ability to operate multiple machine types, we'd like to hear from you.

This opportunity is suited to experienced production mining operators. Civil-only or general earthmoving experience will not be sufficient unless supported by the required production mine-site experience.

About the Role as an All-Round Operator, you will operate heavy mobile plant to support daily production activities and achieve operational targets safely and efficiently.

You will work closely with supervisors and fellow operators, follow site procedures and maintain high standards of equipment care, communication and workplace safety.

Essential Experience and Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

• Minimum 2 years' production mining experience at an operating mine site
• Demonstrated experience operating heavy mobile plant in a production environment
• Experience across multiple machine types, supported by relevant competencies and training records
• Current Standard 11 (S11)
• Current Coal Board Medical
• Relevant training transcripts available
• Current driver's license
• Clean National Police Check issued within the last 6 months
• Strong safety awareness and the ability to work effectively within a production crew

Preference will be given to candidates with recent coal-mining production experience and proven multi-skilled operating capability.

Civil construction, roadworks, quarry-only or general earthmoving experience may not meet the requirements unless supported by the required production mine-site experience.

• Meet all site onboarding and compliance requirements
• Commit to the 7/7 roster and arrange travel to the nominated DIDO/BIBO pickup location
