Job summary

Myndshift Group is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators for a large-scale open-cut mining operation near Glenden, Central Queensland. You will work across multiple pits, operating a range of equipment to support production targets in a high-performing team.

On offer is a 7/7 rotating day/night roster with DIDO & BIBO options, camp facilities with meals provided, and immediate start on a labour hire basis.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in open-pit mining operations.
• Proven operating experience across haul trucks, loaders, dozers, graders.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow site procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and within a production team.

Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a national mining company with a strong presence across Australia's major resource projects. We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join the production team on a labour hire basis at a large-scale open-cut operation near Glenden, Central Queensland.

About the Role

This hands-on production role will see you working across multiple pits on site, operating a range of equipment to support production targets within a high-performing mining team where safety, teamwork and reliability are key.

Equipment across site includes:

• Haul Trucks: CAT 793
• Loaders: Komatsu 600, 900
• Dozers: CAT D9, D10, D11
• Graders: CAT 24M, Komatsu 955

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in open-pit mining operations
• Proven operating experience across haul trucks, loaders, dozers, graders, loaders
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow site procedures
• Ability to work both independently and within a production team

• $79 p/hr + Superannuation & Coal LSL on all hours worked

Onboarding Requirements:

• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
• Valid RII competencies and/or Training Transcripts for relevant machinery
• Current National Police Check
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
