Job summary

Techforce Personnel seeks experienced production mining operators to safely operate heavy mobile plant at a coal mining site in Queensland. You will support daily production, work with a team, and maintain equipment and safety standards.

The role offers permanent, full-time employment with a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, DIDO/BIBO options from Mackay or Townsville, and opportunities for salary sacrifice flights for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' production mining experience at an operating mine site.
• Experience operating heavy mobile plant in a production environment.
• Experience across multiple machine types with competencies and training records.
• Current Standard 11 (S11) certification.
• Current Coal Board Medical.
• Current driver's license.
• Clean National Police Check within the last 6 months.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a production crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy mobile plant to support daily production activities and targets.
• Work with supervisors and fellow operators to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Follow site procedures and maintain high standards of equipment care.
