Techforce are seeking experienced All Round Operators for ongoing production mining operations at Mount Carlton Mine in the Bowen Basin, QLD. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will operate mining machines in a hard rock mining environment and help move ore across site.

This is a long-term role with perm placement on offer. The roster includes 8 days on, 6 days off with 12-hour shifts. DIDO or BIBO from Townsville available and a well-equipped site with strong safety systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' production mining experience.
• Experience operating haul trucks, graders, and dozers.
• Hard rock mining experience highly recommended.
• Valid Standard 11 (S11) and site competencyss.
• Clean NPC within the last 6 months.
• Strong safety focus and ability to work in a team.
• Coal operators may be considered.

The Opportunity:
Techforce are seeking experienced All Round Operators for ongoing production mining operations at Mount Carlton Mine in the Bowen Basin, QLD.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be operating mining machines in a hard rock mining environment. You will be part of a high-performing production team responsible for the safe and efficient movement of ore across site.
This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work on a well-established mine site, with modern facilities and strong potential for permanent placement. Operators with hard rock experience are highly regarded, however coal operators may also be considered.

Additional Requirements

• Must have a strong safety attitude and willingness to follow site procedures
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Must provide two recent, contactable references
• Current valid driver's license
• Must be available for immediate mobilization
