Job summary

Myndshift Group is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators for a major open-cut mining operation in Central Queensland. This labour hire role covers multiple pits with a variety of equipment, offering an on-site, safety-focused work environment and immediate start options.

You will operate Liebherr/Hitachi excavators, CAT loaders, dozers and graders, contributing to production targets while working in a dynamic team on a 7/7 rotating roster. Camp facilities with meals are provided on site.

• Proven operating experience across dozers, graders, loaders and excavators.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow site procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and within a production team.

Looking for your next move in the Bowen Basin? We're seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join a major open-cut mining operation with a well-established and safety-driven mining contractor.

Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a national mining company with a strong presence across Australia's major resource projects. We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join the production team on a labour hire basis at a large-scale open-cut operation near Glenden, Central Queensland.

About the Role

This hands-on production role will see you working across multiple pits on site, operating a range of equipment to support production targets within a high-performing mining team where safety, teamwork and reliability are key.

Equipment across site includes:

• Liebherr 9800 Excavators & Hitachi EX3600 Excavators
• CAT 996 Loaders
• CAT D10 & D11 Dozers
• 24M Graders

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in open-pit mining operations
• Proven operating experience across dozers, graders, loaders and excavators
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow site procedures
• Ability to work both independently and within a production team

Onboarding Requirements:

• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
• Valid RII competencies for relevant machinery
