Job summary

Techforce Personnel seeks experienced Production Dump Truck Operators for a mine site role operating CAT 777, 785, 789 or above dump trucks in a high-volume production environment. A strong safety mindset and proven production mining experience are essential.

Candidates should have a current Coal Board Medical, S11 certificate, valid driver’s licence and be available to mobilise ASAP. DIDO/BIBO options and a 7/7 roster are on offer with long-term opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year production mining experience.
• Experience operating a CAT 777 or larger dump truck.
• Current Coal Board Medical.
• Current S11 Certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Two recent, contactable work references.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Availability to commence ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Operate CAT 777, 785, 789 or above dump trucks in a high-volume mine production environment.
• Maintain safety and efficiency during load-and-haul operations.
• Adhere to site safety protocols and mine procedures.
• Support equipment readiness and shift handovers.

WHO WE WANT

We're looking for proven production mining operators, not entry-level applicants. You should be confident operating large production dump trucks in a mine environment, understand the demands of load-and-haul operations and take pride in working safely and efficiently.

To be considered, you must have:

• Minimum 1 years' production mining experience.
• Proven operating experience on a CAT 777 or larger dump truck.
• A current training transcript.
• A current and valid Coal Board Medical.
• A current and valid S11 Certificate.
• A current, clean National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• A current, valid driver's licence.
• Two recent, contactable work references.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to safety.
• Availability to commence ASAP.
