Webuild Australia invites applications for a QA/QC Inspector – SMP to join the Woodman Point Project Team in Henderson, WA. You will perform inspections per Project QC Plans and ITPs, ensuring compliance with SMP activities and maintaining quality records.

Responsibilities include reviewing docs, conducting现场 inspections, reporting non-compliances, and coordinating with contractors and engineers to resolve issues, ensuring final As-Built dossier accuracy.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years as Quality Control Inspector in SMP.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and QC procedures.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and measuring instruments; experience with relevant software.
• Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence.
• Construction White Card.

Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility in Henderson. This is a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth and broader WA community, reducing waste and emissions.

We have an exciting opportunity for a QA/QC Inspector – SMP to join the Woodman Point Project Team in Henderson.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing inspections in accordance with Project Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans with reference to SMP activities. You will further follow relevant specified procedures and issue the relevant quality records.

Other tasks and responsibilities include:

• Inspect and verify the quality of SMP works and construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility of construction methods
• Conduct regular site inspections and tests on workmanship to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Document and report on quality issues, including any non-compliance, defects, or deviations from standards, and work with the project team to resolve them
• Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and engineers to ensure that all corrective actions are implemented and issues are addressed promptly
• Conduct planning, witness inspections and collect relevant QC records
• Verify the collection and management of documents certifying test, controls and inspections, checking that all records are properly retrievable within the final As-Built dossier.

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Quality Control Inspector in SMP
