Placements24 is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee QA processes at a facility. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining QMS, leading the QA team, and driving continuous improvement to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA within FMCG manufacturing, with expertise in ISO 9001, HACCP, and FSSC 22000, and proven ability to manage audits and CAPA programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Experience implementing and managing QMS (ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000).
• Strong knowledge of food safety and product quality regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience leading audits and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and manage the QA team with training and performance evaluations.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections for compliance.
• Investigate deviations, complaints, non-conformance; implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain to ensure quality throughout lifecycle.
• Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, report to senior management.
