Job summary

Talenza invites applications for a QA Engineer to join their Technology & Quality Assurance team in Adelaide on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will design and implement automated testing across a complex application suite, collaborating with product managers, developers and support to ensure releases meet business, compliance and quality expectations.

Qualifications

Strong background in QA testing within complex application environments.
Experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
Proficiency in Salesforce scripting.
Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain test suites including regression, smoke, functional and performance tests.
Review historical software releases to identify defects, risks and improvement opportunities.
Ensure platform changes are delivered with high quality, reliability and confidence.
Maintain detailed, accurate and auditable QA documentation to meet regulatory obligations.
Collaborate with product, development and support teams to validate upcoming releases.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA standards, tooling and practices.
