Job summary

Talenza is partnering with a purpose-led organisation in the disability and NDIS sector. We are seeking a QA Engineer to join the Technology & Quality Assurance team in Adelaide, bridging manual and automated testing efforts across a complex application suite.

You will design and maintain automated testing frameworks, collaborate with product, developers and support, and ensure compliant, high-quality releases while operating in a hybrid Adelaide environment.

Qualifications

Experience validating quality in complex application environments.
Design and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
Proficient in scripting or programming languages used in QA testing.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain automated test suites including regression, smoke, functional and performance tests.
Review releases to identify defects, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure changes are delivered with high quality, reliability and auditable QA documentation.
Collaborate with product, development and support teams to validate upcoming releases.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to ongoing QA process improvements and tooling.
