Job summary

Michael Page in Australia seeks a QA Engineer for a 3-month contract in Dandenong South to design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for React-based web applications.

You will validate .NET/C# backend services and REST APIs, perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing, and conduct API and database testing with SQL. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with opportunities to influence QA processes and testing standards.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester in web application environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
• Experience testing React-based web applications.
• Knowledge of .NET/C# backend services and REST API testing.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with SQL queries, database testing and data validation.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

A successful QA Engineer should have:
