Job summary

Westpac Institutional and Business is seeking a diligent ATRM role professional in Sydney to enable and coordinate bid management, pricing and approvals across Global Transaction Services clients. You will work closely with Senior Sales Managers to progress portfolios and acts as a trusted coordinator for internal governance and documentation processes.

This permanent Sydney-based position requires at least 3 days in the office weekly, with an opportunity to independently manage a small client

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients in banking, financial services or another complex service environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to organise competing priorities, follow client requests through to completion and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support bid management, deal flow and sales activity.
• Coordinate end-to-end deal lifecycle including pricing, approvals and stakeholder follow-up.
• Provide enablement, execution, coordination and sales admin support to senior sales leaders.
