Job summary

GRAF Australia Pty Ltd is launching a dedicated Pump Station Division and seeks an experienced Technical Division Lead to establish and grow this new business unit. The role combines technical leadership with sales strategy, operations, and team development across WA and nationally.

You will build the division's technical capability, drive market growth, and create efficient production and project delivery processes while aligning with Australian standards and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the pump station industry
• Experience across residential and commercial pump station markets
• Proven track record in technical sales, engineering, project delivery and management
• Experience building, leading and developing technical teams
• Strong understanding of wastewater, stormwater, sewer and trade waste pumping systems

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead GRAF Australia's Pump Station Division.
• Develop and execute the division's growth plan.
• Build a profitable and sustainable business unit for pump station solutions.
• Identify market opportunities and drive business development.
• Develop relationships with engineers, consultants, developers, contractors and authorities.
• Provide technical expertise across pump station design, selection and application.
• Review drawings, hydraulic designs, and project specifications.
• Lead division sales strategy and manage quotations and proposals.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing team.
• Establish production processes, QA procedures and inventory management.
• Coordinate project delivery from design to installation and commissioning.
• Monitor performance, margins and profitability; report to Managing Director.
