Job summary

Sustainability is seeking a Product Manager to own the website experience for a leading Australian retailer. Based in Chatswood with a move to a nearby office later this year, you will own the customer journey from search and discovery to order tracking.

You will lead the web roadmap, write clear requirements, coordinate with an offshore development partner, and partner with senior leadership on investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager or related role in consumer-facing eCommerce.
• Strong retail eCommerce background, ideally with physical stores.
• Ownership of transactional experiences: cart, checkout, payments, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the web experience roadmap and customer journeys from search to post-purchase.
• Drive optimisation across cart, checkout, promotions, loyalty and conversion journeys.
• Write high quality requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; run discovery where needed.
