Paxus is seeking a Marketing Technology Lead in Sydney to develop and drive marketing technology solutions and product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders. You will gather requirements from business owners, create user stories, and oversee testing and delivery processes.

Collaborating with developers, architects, and QA teams, you will ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards while building strong cross-department relationships to navigate organisational complexity.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing marketing technology platforms such as AEM, Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, creating user stories, and overseeing testing processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing squads of 5-10 team members.
• Proven stakeholder management in complex and evolving environments.
• Knowledge of marketing workflows, content management systems, and digital asset management tools.
