Job summary

Civica is seeking a motivated Software Implementation Consultant to deliver professional services across Australia and New Zealand, primarily in local government settings, with travel to customer sites for hands-on delivery of Civica’s Altitude software.

You will analyse existing processes, design improvements, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to customers, while contributing feedback for product enhancements and maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in local councils or local government software implementations.
• Knowledge of local government legislation, rating regulations, and compliance.
• Experience with local government enterprise systems and council processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer processes and identify opportunities for solution design.
• Deliver consulting, training, and support across Civica’s Altitude software.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide practical, lasting solutions.
• Contribute feedback to product development based on customer usage.
• Manage escalated tickets and ensure clear documentation.
• Meet or exceed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
