Job summary

Civica is hiring an Implementation Consultant to deliver professional services across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on Civica’s Altitude software. You will travel to customer sites to provide hands-on assistance, analyse processes, design solutions, and support deployment and training.

You will work with local government clients, ensure compliance, and help improve daily operations while contributing feedback to product development. A flexible work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in local government or government software implementations.
• Ability to guide customers and internal teams to successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of local government legislation and rating regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer processes and design Civica solution.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Support software implementations and training.
• Resolve escalated support tickets and document knowledge.
• Meet project plans, timelines and budgets.
