Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting, training and support services for Civica’s Altitude software across Australia and NZ.
• Analyse customer processes and identify opportunities for solution design and process improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues, deliver practical solutions and document knowledge for customers.
• Meet or exceed key performance targets and work with cross-functional Civica teams.
• Travel to customer sites to provide hands-on assistance as required.
