Job summary

Civica is seeking a motivated Implementation Consultant to support professional services across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on local government implementations. Travel to customer sites will be involved to provide hands-on assistance with Civica’s Altitude software.

You will analyze processes, design improvements, troubleshoot issues, and share feedback for product enhancements while maintaining clear documentation and delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in local government and rates administration is highly regarded.
• Ability to advise customers and internal teams for successful outcomes.
• Understanding of local government legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer practices and redesign processes for efficiency using Civica systems.
• Deliver consulting, training and support services across Australia and New Zealand.
• Support resolution of escalated tickets with documentation to maintain knowledge base.
• Deliver high-quality professional services on time and within budgets.
