Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Project Management.
• Experience interpreting residential building plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience working on government or public infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Builders Licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor construction projects from the office, aligning with plans and objectives.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual obligations.
• Manage external service providers to meet customer needs with sensitivity to disabilities.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates.
• Support procurement and contract administration processes.
