Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a Business Contracts Manager for the APJ BCM team to oversee contract lifecycle, coordinate legal, operations and compliance, and support government procurements. You will build relationships with government buying authorities, review RFPs, and translate technical Cloud capabilities into compliant commercial terms.

This role requires strong negotiation, risk management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations.
• Ability to analyze data and deliver data-driven proposals and recommendations.
• Experience in contract execution support and review of rights and obligations.
• 3+ years of experience in the public sector domain.

Responsabilités

• Contract Lifecycle Management & Risk Mitigation: Manage full contract lifecycle including document review, negotiation, compliance, and records management.
• Strategic Business Development & Pipeline Enablement: Shape opportunities across the acquisition lifecycle and educate customers on procurement pathways.
• Contract Vehicle & Framework Ownership: Serve as the face of assigned Panel/Framework vehicles and educate agencies on procurement pathways.
• Customer Relationship Ownership & Stakeholder Engagement: Own relationships with government buying authorities and guide sales teams on procurement terms.
• Technical Solution Design & Compliance: Develop expertise across AWS cloud services and pricing programs to translate capabilities into compliant offerings.
• Process Improvement & Go-to-Market Execution: Develop tools to increase contracting efficiency and contribute to GTM materials.
