KordaMentha Pty is seeking an Executive Analyst for its Public Sector Advisory team in Brisbane. You will analyze data and develop evidence-based insights, delivering high-quality reports, business cases and operating models for government clients.

You will support stakeholder interviews, workshops and consultations, while taking ownership of defined tasks and contributing to proposals and knowledge improvements. A strong analytical mindset and client-focused delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of consulting experience with problem-solving and client delivery.
• Strong analytical ability with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Clear written and verbal communication; concise reports and presentations.
• Genuine passion for improving public services and government outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse qualitative and quantitative information to identify patterns and develop evidence-based insights.
• Deliver client-ready materials including reports, business cases and operating models.
• Support government stakeholders through interviews, workshops and consultations.
• Take ownership of defined tasks, manage priorities and escalate risks early.
• Contribute to proposals, research and knowledge development.
