Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking a Pub General Manager for a busy venue in Western Suburbs Sydney. You will oversee F&B, gaming, bottle shop and late-night trading, shaping the guest experience across all revenue streams.

This permanent full-time role requires strong P&L discipline, team leadership, and NSW gaming and liquor licensing knowledge to drive profitability while maintaining high service standards in a vibrant, late-night environment. Salary range $100,000–$110,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-faceted hospitality venues with F&B, gaming, and retail.
• Strong track record in P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimisation across multiple income streams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, late-night trading environment.
• Knowledge of gaming machine compliance, liquor licensing, and hospitality regulations in NSW.
• RSA, RCG, Advanced gaming and licensee certs.

This is a permanent General Manager role overseeing a dynamic hospitality business with a strong trading profile: busy and thriving gaming revenue, as well as a locals favourite bistro and bar with and established customer base. This position offers the chance to lead a multi-faceted operation and shape the guest experience across all revenue streams.

• Manage all aspects of a high-volume venue: F&B service, gaming operations, bottle shop, and late-night trading (4am close)
• $100,000 to $110,000 per annum plus super, permanent full-time role
• Lead a team across food, beverage, gaming, and bottle shop

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience managing multi-faceted hospitality venues with F&B, gaming, and retail operations
• Strong track record in P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimisation across multiple income streams
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, late-night trading environment
• Knowledge of gaming machine compliance, liquor licensing, and hospitality regulations in NSW
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to maintain venue standards during high-volume trading

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality management qualification or equivalent industry experience at a senior level
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), RCG, Advanced gaming and licensee certs
• Experience in a similar-sized venue or multi-site hospitality operation
