Job summary

Hastings People is seeking a General Manager for a busy community pub in Western Sydney. You will oversee bar, bistro and gaming, drive commercial performance, and lead the venue management team to deliver a welcoming guest experience.

You will ensure service standards, safety and compliance while identifying opportunities to boost revenue and overall venue performance, mentoring staff and coordinating across departments.

Job Description

As General Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the venue, providing leadership across all areas of the operation. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the business is commercially sound, operationally consistent and delivers a positive experience for both guests and employees.

Candidate Profile
