Qualifications

• Experience in workers’ compensation and injury management.
• Advanced knowledge of workers’ compensation, injury management, and claims processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and liaison with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and insurers.
• Ability to coach and provide technical support to others.

Responsibilities

• Build specialised capability in early psychological injury claim assessment.
• Uplift Case Managers' skills in applying new legislative requirements.
• Contribute to interpretation of legislation to improve scheme outcomes.
