Qualifications

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in power systems engineering and grid connections.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), NER, RPEQ, or equivalent desirable.
• Demonstrated experience delivering grid connection outcomes for utility-scale generation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain PSCAD models for power systems.
• Perform EMT studies including switching events and fault assessments.
• Lead GPS negotiations for renewable energy and BESS projects.
• Analyze power system performance during disturbances.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
