Job summary

AIM Therapy for Children in WA invites a Provisional Psychologist to join our brand-new Jindalee clinic, with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities. You'll work with children and families in a collaborative, supportive team that values supervision, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.

You’ll gain hands-on experience delivering engaging therapy across clinics, homes and schools, building skills in assessment, therapy planning, and goal setting.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Completed Master's in Psychology.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• National Police Clearance.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Confident communication with kids and families.
• Ability to work independently while also a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments with new families.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions in clinics and community settings.
• Collaborate with schools, families and stakeholders.

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

Working alongside children and their families, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference while learning from a supportive and experienced team. What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day

• Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families


• Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community


• Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.


• Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on.


• Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grow
