Job summary

AIM Therapy for Children is seeking a newly graduated Occupational Therapist to join a warm, multidisciplinary team. You will work across Balcatta, Joondalup, Canning Vale and Jindalee, delivering fun, functional care in clinics, homes and schools.

You will receive structured supervision, mentoring and ongoing guidance to grow your confidence as a clinician while making meaningful impacts on children and families. Flexible clinic and community opportunities support your early career.

Qualifications

• Newly graduated or soon-to-graduate Occupational Therapist.
• Curious, compassionate and people-focused.
• Motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
• Confident in communication with kids and families.
• Holder of a current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial appointments and get to know new families.
• Run fun, creative therapy sessions in clinic spaces and in the community.
• Work closely with schools, families and other stakeholders for a collaborative approach.
• Review therapy journeys and plan next steps as children reach goals or transition on.
