Job summary

AIM Therapy for Children welcomes a newly graduated Speech Pathologist to join a warm, multidisciplinary team across Balcatta, Joondalup, Canning Vale and Jindalee. You’ll receive structured supervision and hands-on mentoring while delivering engaging, family‑oriented sessions in clinics, homes and schools.

You’ll work with allied health professionals to support children’s communication and developmental goals in a collaborative environment that values growth and patient care.

• Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to work across clinics, homes and schools with children and families

• Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families

We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, Canning Vale & Jindalee.

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

You’re a newly graduated or soon‑to‑graduated Speech Pathologist who is:
