Job summary

AIM Therapy for Children in Balcatta is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our warm, multidisciplinary team. You’ll work across clinics and community settings, building meaningful connections with children and families and advancing your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

You will be supported to shine within a collaborative team that values creativity in sessions, ongoing professional growth, and flexible opportunities to work in clinic, community, and home settings

Qualifications

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Valid Working With Children Check.
• National Police Clearance.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Confident communication skills and ability to connect with kids and families.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families.
• Running fun, creative therapy sessions in clinic spaces and in the community.
• Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders for a collaborative approach.
• Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as goals are reached.
• Participating in a strong professional development program with growth opportunities.

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our growing team in Balcatta. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children, brings great energy to their work, and wants to see the difference they make every single day.
