Job summary

AIM Therapy for Children is seeking a newly graduated Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team across Perth clinics. You will work with OTs, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and more to deliver fun, functional care for children in clinics, homes and schools.

From day one, you’ll receive structured supervision and hands-on mentoring to help you grow at your own pace while delivering meaningful outcomes for children and their families.

Qualifications

  • Newly graduated or soon-to-graduate Occupational Therapist looking to start practice.
  • Strong communication with children and families; ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Complete initial appointments and build relationships with new families.
  • Deliver fun, engaging therapy sessions in clinics and community settings.
  • Collaborate with schools, families and other stakeholders for a coordinated approach.
  • Support ongoing therapy journeys and plan next steps as goals are reached.
  • Grow professionally through a structured supervision and mentoring program.

What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day
  • Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families
  • Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community
  • Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
  • Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on.
  • Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grow

You’re a newly graduated or soon‑to‑graduate Occupational Therapist who is:
