Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Sydney invites a Proposal Specialist to join our team. You will manage capture planning, bid management and proposal development for key pursuits, ensuring on-time, high-quality submissions and compliant documentation.

You will lead workshops, coordinate with SMEs, mentor the core team and develop the proposal management plan. Strong writing, editing and planning skills, together with MS Office proficiency and APMP Foundation, are requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ proposal development experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills with persuasive communication.
• Excellent coordination and planning abilities.
• APMP Foundation certification desirable (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Leads and Operations with client, competitor and market research.
• Capture and share knowledge on key customers, project experience, resources and methodologies.
• Lead and facilitate workshops from Lead to Submittal.
• Develop and implement the proposal management plan; mentor proposal core team.
• Project planning and manage proposal process; assist Proposal Lead with milestones.
• Assist in writing and guiding the development of Executive Summaries.
