Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Capture Manager for Australia, to lead qualified opportunities from capture through proposal stages. You will build winning strategies, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure compliant, compelling bids for Defence clients across multiple Australian cities.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, and partner with the growth team to deliver outcomes that align with KBR’s standards of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in capture management or bid management within the Australian Defence industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement win strategies, competitive intelligence portfolios, and capture elements to maximise probability of win.
• Lead cross-functional teams including SMEs, solution architects, engineers, and finance staff.
• Oversee the development of compelling proposals and ensure compliance with customer requirements and bid processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to policies, manage risks, and maintain integrity of the capture process.
