KBR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to lead strategic pursuits in Australia’s Defence domain. The role involves ownership of qualified opportunities, guiding capture and proposal phases, and building winning strategies with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will manage complex captures, collaborate with SMEs and BD, and ensure adherence to defence processes and governance. This is a permanent full-time position across Australia, based in a major city.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in capture management or bid management within the Australian Defence industry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement win strategies and capture elements to maximise win probability.
• Lead cross-functional teams across SMEs, solution architects, engineers, commercial and finance staff, and BD personnel.
• Oversee proposal development to ensure customer requirements compliance and manage the bid process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Manage policies, risks and integrity of the capture process.
