Job summary

Evolve Housing is seeking a skilled inspector within the Resident Services team to manage building inspections and oversee maintenance across a large property portfolio. You will ensure timely service delivery, adhere to regulatory and safety standards, and support the Customer Contact Centre in maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification (Cert III or equivalent) with demonstrated experience.
• Experience in office estimating, report costing and contract management.
• Experience with SDA properties (desirable).
• Proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to plan and organise workload.
• Strong communication and empathy.
• Experience with diverse communities.
• Current driver licence and right to drive in Australia.
• Builders/Supervisors licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building inspections and oversee maintenance activities.
• Coordinate approved repairs and maintenance within timeframes.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with the Customer Contact Centre and Property Services teams.
• Contribute to compliance reporting.
• Prepare letters and contracts management as required.
