Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking a Sales Associate for the Yeppoon Land Lease Community. You will guide customers from deposit through to settlement, coordinating contracts, documentation and key dates to deliver a seamless journey.

You’ll build trusted relationships with customers, families and internal teams across Sales, Community, Home Delivery and Marketing to keep settlements moving and excite customers about their new life at Ingenia.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, real estate, sales or property administration.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to guide customers through major financial decisions.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple customers and deadlines.
• Comfort with contracts, documentation and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support customers through their journey from deposit to settlement.
• Manage settlement pipelines, contracts, documentation and key dates.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, families and stakeholders.
• Proactively resolve issues affecting customer experience or settlement.
• Support the broader Sales team with events and sales activities.
