Job summary

Gough Recruitment – Sydney North Shore NSW is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in the Northern Beaches to drive new management opportunities within the Property Management division.

You will build relationships with landlords and investors, collaborate with the sales team and department heads, and convert leads into active managements while leveraging a generous commission structure and strong support from a three-office network.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Management or BDM experience.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation.
• A proactive and results-driven approach.
• Strong follow-up and organisation skills.
• Certificate of Registration
• Driver’s Licence

Responsibilities

• Generating and converting new management opportunities.
• Prospecting and building a strong pipeline of prospective landlords.
• Following up incoming leads and referral opportunities.
• Developing strong relationships with the sales team to maximise internal referrals.
• Building long‑term relationships with landlords and investors.
• Working closely with Property Managers and Department Heads.
• Coordinating new business advertising and marketing.
• Completing associated administration and maintaining accurate records.
• Representing a premium real estate brand within the local market.
