Job summary

Christian Adam Recruitment is seeking a Property Officer for its Sydney North Shore property management team. You will support routine inspections, condition reports, maintenance coordination and daily administration while building skills to manage your own portfolio.

Ideal candidates have prior real estate experience (reception/ leasing/ property management) and hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration.

Qualifications

• Previous real estate experience in reception, leasing or property management.
• NSW Certificate of Registration is required.
• Must be organized, professional and confident with people.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine inspections, ingoing/outgoing condition reports and admin tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with landlords, tenants and trades.
• Manage keys and day-to-day property administration.
• Support senior property managers and learn the pipeline to become a Property Manager.

An established multi-office North Shore real estate agency is seeking a Property Officer to join its property management department, in a role designed to develop future Property Managers.

This is ideal for a receptionist, leasing executive or property officer who wants a genuine career in property management and is looking for the right team to learn from.

You’ll work alongside some of the best Property Managers in the business, assisting with routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports, maintenance coordination, key management and day-to-day administration.

You’ll also be a key point of contact for landlords, tenants and trades, building the skills and confidence needed to manage your own portfolio.

There’s a clear pathway from Property Officer to Property Manager, and from there to Senior Property Manager, with the support and training of a well-established multi-office group behind you.

Previous real estate experience is required, whether on reception, in leasing or property management. You’ll be organised, professional, confident with people and eager to learn.

A current NSW Certificate of Registration is required.
