Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager for a reputable Real Estate agency based in Craigieburn, Melbourne. You will manage a small portfolio of ~180 properties, with dedicated support from leasing and admin teams, while enjoying strong training and progression in a close-knit office.

The role is Monday to Friday, with onsite parking and modern office resources. A minimum of 2 years’ experience and a valid VIC Agents Rep are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager.
• VIC Agents Rep.
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage on your own small portfolio of circa 180 properties with support.
• NO leasing
• NO BDM duties
• NO trust accounting
• + admin support
• 80% of properties are local to Craigieburn
