Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Ipswich is seeking a Property Manager to take ownership of a small portfolio of properties. You will conduct routine inspections, handle admin tasks, and coordinate maintenance, with no leasing or BDM duties required.

Based in a modern office, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, onsite parking, and a take-home company car. A 6-month experience with a QLD Real Estate Certificate and a valid driver’s license are essential.

• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
