Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Western Australia to step up and own a manageable portfolio of around 80 properties. The role offers WFH flexibility after probation, a small, supportive team, and career progression in a standout agency.

With 1+ year PM experience and WA Registration, you’ll work under guidance to manage leasing, inspections, arrears, and documentation using automated processes. A driver’s licence and IT savviness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with owners and tenants
• Manage leasing and prepare property advertisements
• Handle end-of-lease processes, bonds and finalisations
• Manage arrears and respond to tenant enquiries
• Conduct breach re-inspections and property visits as required
• Perform PCRs and final inspections using 360 technology
• Work with offshore virtual assistants on document control
• Support wider team with portfolio tasks
• Assist with reception coverage one day per week

The Role Working alongside an experienced and collaborative Property Management team, you'll take ownership of a manageable portfolio of approximately 80 properties.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Building relationships with owners and tenants


• Managing leasing and preparing property advertisements


• Managing end-of-lease processes, bonds and finalising tenancies


• Arrears management


• Responding to tenant enquiries


• Conducting breach re-inspections and property visits when required


• PCRs and final inspections completed using 360 technology


• Working alongside a dedicated team member who completes routine inspections


• Working with offshore VAs who assist with document control and administration


• Supporting the wider team with portfolio-related tasks when required


• One day per week assisting with reception coverage
