Job summary

R.E Talent is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a quality residential portfolio in a collaborative, family-owned agency. You’ll be supported by two assistant managers and a dedicated VA, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong landlord/tenant relationships.

You’ll manage end-to-end leasing, maintenance coordination and arrears, with access to established systems and ongoing support to help you succeed in a busy, well-maintained portfolio.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 100–130 residential properties with support.
• Coordinate maintenance and tenancy issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Handle leasing processes and arrears management.
• Prepare and attend notices and tenancy tribunal hearings when required.
• Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants to foster trust.
• Conduct routine inspections and generate reports.
• Utilise PropertyMe to manage day-to-day activities.

The Role

You'll be joining an experienced and collaborative Property Management team, managing a quality residential portfolio from start to finish while receiving the support you need to focus on delivering exceptional service.

• Managing an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 100-130 residential properties with assistance
• Maintenance coordination
• Leasing
• Arrears management
• Notices and tenancy leases
• Tribunal preparation and attendance, including QCAT if needed
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Some routine, entry and exit inspections and reports
• Using PropertyMe software

You’ll also be supported by:

• Two Assistant Property Managers who handle routine inspections and provide day-to-day support
• A dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA)
• A hands-on Team Leader who is actively involved in supporting the team

About You

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A current driver's licence
