Job summary

The Property Investors Alliance in Sydney Olympic Park is seeking a Property Manager focused on relationship management and exceptional customer service. This role works closely with landlords, tenants and service teams to ensure a high-quality experience and efficient property management.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a team-first attitude and bilingual capabilities in English and Chinese.

Property Manager (Relationship Management Focus)

The Property Investors Alliance – Olympic Park NSW

An incredible opportunity awaits a Property Manager to join our team!

In this role, your journey will focus primarily on customer service and relationship management — rather than the day-to-day operational tasks.

You will also be coheasively supported by our decicated and categorised service teams including leasing, inspection, maintenance and centralised professional teams of trust account & administrationy our, working closely with our landlord service team and backed by the cutting-edge IT software, ensuring that all aspects of cutomer experience are cared for and the property management are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively people and customers relationship mnagmenet skills
• Proactively interact with tenants
• Lead to swiftly respond to and provide soltuions
• Collaboratively work with internal categorised service teams

About You

• Minimum COR required for Property Manger
• People person, and customer service centric traits
• A real team player with positive & can-do attitude and multi-task ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual skills at business level preferrable (English & Chinese)
