Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Western Australia to step up and own a manageable portfolio of around 80 properties. The role offers WFH flexibility after probation, a small, supportive team, and career progression in a standout agency.

With 1+ year PM experience and WA Registration, you’ll work under guidance to manage leasing, inspections, arrears, and documentation using automated processes. A driver’s licence and IT savviness are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Property Management experience
• Current WA PM Registration
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new tech
• Great organisation and communication skills
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with owners and tenants
• Manage leasing and prepare property advertisements
• Handle end-of-lease processes, bonds and finalisations
• Manage arrears and respond to tenant enquiries
• Conduct breach re-inspections and property visits as required
• Perform PCRs and final inspections using 360 technology
• Work with offshore virtual assistants on document control
• Support wider team with portfolio tasks
• Assist with reception coverage one day per week
