Job summary

NewU Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to own a portfolio of ~100 properties across the Western Suburbs, WA. You’ll focus on building strong relationships and delivering outstanding client service while avoiding routine inspections and excessive site visits.

You'll have dedicated support from a Trust Accountant, a BDM, a Leasing Manager, and assistants, plus a tech-driven environment with modern systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an end-to-end Property Manager.
• Current WA Property Management Registration and CPD points.
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work autonomously with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of ~100 properties in the WA Western Suburbs.
• Build relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
• Focus on portfolio management with minimal inspections and leasing.
• Collaborate with dedicated supports (Trust Accountant, BDM, Leasing Manager).
