Job summary

Nourish Property Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take over a quality portfolio long-managed by the same PM. You’ll have your own full-time Property Management Assistant, and the office is in Northbridge with flexible hours and the option to work from home when it suits the portfolio.

We value autonomy, accountability and genuine care for clients, and we understand family commitments like school assemblies and sports events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' full portfolio management experience.
• Confident working autonomously.
• Organised, proactive and a great communicator.
• Current registration and driver's license.
• Availability for occasional late-afternoon home opens.

Responsibilities

• Take over an established portfolio managed by the current Property Manager.
• Work with your own full-time Property Management Assistant.
• Keep the office running: emails, maintenance follow-ups and admin.
• Office based in Northbridge with flexible hours and work-from-home option.
• Provide autonomous, accountable portfolio ownership.
