MSR Talent is seeking a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager for a North Shore portfolio, starting at 100 properties and growing to 150. Leasing, admin and accounts support are in place, so you can focus on landlords and delivering excellent service.

Requirements include a NSW Real Estate Licence, solid portfolio management experience and outstanding communication. A proactive, organised approach and North Shore market knowledge are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio starting at 100 properties, growing to 150.
• Be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, building strong relationships.
• Oversee arrears, maintenance, renewals, inspections and tribunal matters as required.
• Work with the leasing and admin team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Contribute to portfolio growth and retention as the book expands.

This well established North Shore agency is seeking a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to take on a portfolio starting at 100 properties.

The portfolio will grow gradually to a maximum of 150, so you can build it the right way without ever being overloaded. With leasing, admin and accounts support in place, you can focus on your landlords and delivering great service.

• Manage a portfolio starting at 100 properties, growing steadily to a cap of 150
• Be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, building strong and lasting relationships

• Work closely with the leasing and admin team to keep everything running smoothly
• Contribute to portfolio growth and retention as the book expands
